Occupational Therapist- Full-time or Part-time
Location: Stark, Tusc or Wayne County
Advantage is hiring a Occupational Therapist Case Manager to cover either Stark, Tusc, or Wayne county areas. Qualified candidates will have at least one consecutive year of current experience working as a Occupational Therapist in the hospital, skilled nursing facility, assisted living, hospice or home health care fields. Home health experience preferred, but not required.

Qualifications

Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist in the State of Ohio.

Must have graduated from an OT curriculum school

One-year work experience in the field of occupational therapy preferred, but not required.

Must be able to travel to prospective patient’s place of residence.

Must be able to stoop and bend; must be able to lift and transfer patients.
