OUR CLINICAL STAFF
Clinical Staff Assignments

We place a high value on consistency in patient care, as well as in our communication with the executive team. To achieve this, we limit our clinical staff assignments to a core interdisciplinary group.

This means that a defined and consistent team of nurses and therapists work together and are assigned specific geographic service areas, or "Zones." By maintaining the same team of clinicians for each patient, we ensure that our patients receive consistent and high-quality care.

Additionally, we have a team of clinicians who live throughout our geographic service area, not only in Canton. This allows us to have adequate staffing and serve patients in rural areas that may be considered outliers.

Our commitment to consistent care and adequate staffing is essential to our ability to provide high-quality home health services to our patients. We believe that by prioritizing these values, we can improve patient outcomes and overall satisfaction with the care they receive.

Excellence in Clinical Supervision

We pride ourselves on having a management team with a strong clinical background. As clinicians first, we take a proactive approach in developing and implementing new clinical programs to meet the evolving needs of our patients.

In addition, we understand the importance of ongoing education to ensure that our clinicians are up-to-date with the latest developments in their field. That's why we provide 24/7 access to online continuing education units (CEUs) to support their licensure and facilitate their professional growth.

Our goal is to provide our patients with the highest quality care possible, and we believe that investing in our team of clinicians is key to achieving that goal.

Priority in Patient Care

We are committed to providing the best possible care and ensuring the satisfaction of our patients. We believe that effective communication in real time among all disciplines involved in patient care is critical to achieving this goal.

We hold regular all-employee staff meetings where all healthcare disciplines are present to discuss patient care. This approach ensures that our patients receive a holistic review of their care from specialists in their respective fields.

By fostering open communication among our team, we can identify and address issues quickly, and collaborate to provide the most effective care for our patients. We believe that this approach not only leads to better patient outcomes, but also greater patient satisfaction with the care they receive.
