OUR CLINICAL STAFF
Clinical Staff Assignments
We limit our clinical staff assignments to a core interdisciplinary group to maintain consistency for our patients and executive team. In other words, the same group of nurses and therapists work together in defined and consistent teams and are assigned specific geographic service areas, “Zones.”
Our clinicians live throughout our geographic service area not only in Canton ensuring we have adequate staffing and are able to see patients in outlier, rual areas.

Excellence in Clinical Supervision
Given the fact that our management team are clinicians first, we are proactive in establishing new clinical programs. In addition, we strive to have highly certified clinicians and we are committed to offer our clinicians incentives to advance certification such as wound, ostomy and continence nurse (WOCN), behavioral health, and certified registered nurse infusion (CRNI). Furthermore, all of our clinicians have 24/7 access to online continuing education units (CEU) for their licensure as well as advancing knowledge in their field.
We believe that the “real time” communication among disciplines assists with better patient care and patient satisfaction. In addition to communicating via our web-based EMR system and interagency communication programs, we have regular all-employee staff meetings to discuss patient care in groups with all health care disciplines present. This way, our patients’ get a “holistic” review by specialists in their fields.
