Occupational Therapist

The OT provides diagnostic evaluations and treatment through a patient’s therapy plan of care to maximize performance levels. OT’s supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) and coordinate the care delivered to patients.


  • Must be a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and currently registered through the American Occupational Therapy Association.

  • One year of experience preferred but not mandatory.

  • Must be able to travel to prospective patient’s place of residence.

  • Must be able to lift and transfer patients using proper body mechanics.
