Physical Therapist
Location: Stark, Summit, or Wayne County
Advantage is hiring a Physical Therapist Case Manager to cover either Stark, Summit, or Wayne county areas. Qualified candidates will have at least one consecutive year of current experience working as a Physical Therapist in the hospital, skilled nursing facility, assisted living, hospice or home health care fields. Home health experience preferred, but not required.

Qualifications

Must be a licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Ohio.

Must have graduated from a PT curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Council of Medical Education and Hospitals of the AMA.

One-year work experience in the field of physical therapy preferred, but not required.

Must be able to travel to prospective patient’s place of residence.

Must be able to stoop and bend; must be able to lift and transfer patients.
